What age range does the Good Guygiene box serve?

The Good Guygiene box is filled with hygiene items that will work for tween and teen boys of all ages, but is particularly appropriate for boys aged 9-15.

When will my first box ship?
All boxes ship the first week of each month (on or around the 5th). You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your box ships.

When you subscribe during the current month, you’re reserving a box that ships the first week of the following month. For example, if you subscribe on May 3rd, you’re reserving the June box that will ship on or around June 5th.

Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, no need to do a thing to keep the healthy hygiene vibes coming! Your subscription will automatically renew on the 12th of the month, depending on the frequency of your subscription.

Monthly subscriptions renew on the 12th of every month for the next month’s box, 3-month pre-paid subscriptions will renew every 3 months on the 12th of the month, and 12 month pre-paid subscriptions will renew annually on the 12th of the month.

We’ll always send a renewal reminder by email within a few days of your scheduled renewal date so you can update any billing or address information if needed.

Is it easy to cancel?

Absolutely, you can skip a month, or cancel anytime right inside your customer portal. Please be sure to make any cancellations or changes to your subscription prior to the renewal date which is the 11th of the month.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened and/or used product. However, if for some reason you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know right away so that we can make it right for you! You can reach us at team@goodguygiene.com.

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for pre-paid subscriptions if cancelled early.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We hope that doesn’t ever happen! However, if for some reason you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at team@goodguygiene.com within 10 days of receipt of the order and we will be sure to take care of it for you.
